About Rubio Hospitality Group

About Rubio Hospitality Group

At Rubio Hospitality Group, our journey began in 1998 with the vibrant flavors of La Carreta, our beloved Mexican flagship. Since then, we've expanded our culinary horizons with the lively Si Senor Taqueria, the smoky goodness of Salty Joe's BBQ, the innovative one thirteen restaurant, and now, the captivating Lighthouse American Brasserie. Each concept is a testament to our passion for creating exceptional dining experiences that delight our guests.
